Short version: the plugin keeps your data on your site. We only receive what you choose to send us.

The plugin

• Oakhammer B2B stores its data (wholesale prices and rules, roles, B2B cost fields, dealer applications, customers' B2B details such as tax IDs and net-terms allowances, quotes) in your WordPress database. It never sends customer, order, quote or product data anywhere and has no tracking. Quote emails and PDFs go from your site to your customers, not through us.
• Usage data opt-in. When you activate the plugin, it asks whether you want to share basic, non-sensitive diagnostic data (your name and email, site address, WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions, plugin version, language, active plugins and theme) with us through Freemius. Choose "Skip" and nothing is sent; you can opt out later from the plugin's Account page.
• Help & feedback form. When you submit it, your message and reply-to email are sent to us by email from your site. If you leave "Include diagnostic info" ticked, it adds your WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP and plugin versions, your site address, the plan you're on, and counts of B2B roles and B2B customers. No customer, order, quote or product data is included.
• Licensing and updates (Pro and Business). Activating a license and checking for updates sends your license key, site address and plugin version to our licensing provider, Freemius, so it can confirm your license and deliver updates. If you opt in to usage statistics when prompted, Freemius also receives basic technical data about your site; you can decline or opt out any time.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Freemius, Inc. as merchant of record. It collects your name, email, billing address and payment details to process the order and taxes. We receive your name, email, plan and order details so we can support you. See the Freemius privacy policy.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to answer you, provide updates and support, and improve the product. We don't sell it, share it for advertising, or run ads in our products. We keep support emails and order records as long as needed for support, accounting and tax law.
