Short version: our plugins keep your data on your site. We only receive what you choose to send us.

The plugins

This notice covers BOM Pricing for WooCommerce, Oakhammer B2B for WooCommerce and their Pro and Business add-ons.

• Your data stays in WordPress. Part costs, bills of materials, pricing rules, wholesale prices, customer B2B details, quotes and history are stored in your WordPress database. The plugins never send customer, order or product data anywhere and have no tracking.
• Usage data opt-in. When you activate a plugin, it asks whether you want to share basic, non-sensitive diagnostic data (your name and email, site address, WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions, plugin version, language, active plugins and theme) with us through Freemius. Choose "Skip" and nothing is sent; you can opt out later from the plugin's Account page.
• Help & feedback form. When you submit it, your message and reply-to email are sent to us by email from your site. If you leave "Include diagnostic info" ticked, it adds your WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP and plugin versions, your site address, and counts of plugin-managed items. No customer, order or product data is included.
• Licensing and updates (Pro and Business). Activating a license and checking for updates sends your license key, site address and plugin version to our licensing provider, Freemius, so it can confirm your license and deliver updates. If you opt in to usage statistics when prompted, Freemius also receives basic technical data about your site; you can decline or opt out at any time.
• Quote emails (B2B Business). Quote emails and PDFs are generated and sent by your own site, to the addresses you choose. We never see them.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Freemius, Inc. as merchant of record. It collects your name, email, billing address and payment details to process the order and taxes. We receive your name, email, plan and order details so we can support you. See the Freemius privacy policy.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to answer you, provide updates and support, and improve the products. We don't sell it, share it for advertising, or run ads in our products. We keep support emails and order records as long as needed for support, accounting and tax law.
