Found a bug? Get a free month. If you report a bug we can reproduce and you're the first to report it, we'll add a free month to your license, or, if you use the free version, give you a free month of Pro.
How to report
In WordPress, go to Plugins, find the plugin and click Help & feedback, then choose Bug report. Tell us the steps, what you expected and what happened, and leave "Include diagnostic info" ticked if you can. You'll get a report ID straight away. You can also email hello@oakhammer.app.
The reward
If you find a bug in an Oakhammer plugin and report it through the plugin's Help & feedback page or to hello@oakhammer.app, we'll thank you with one free month:
- Paid customers: we add one month to your license.
- Free-version users: we give you a free 30-day Pro license.
What qualifies
A report qualifies when:
- it describes a defect in our plugin (something that doesn't work as documented), not a feature request, question, or a conflict caused only by another plugin or theme;
- we can reproduce it on a supported setup (current WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions listed in the plugin readme);
- you are the first to report it. Later reports of the same bug don't qualify;
- you include enough detail to reproduce it (steps, what you expected, what happened).
One reward per person per 12 months, across all Oakhammer plugins. We decide whether a report qualifies, and we'll tell you either way. Rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Security issues
Please report security issues privately to privacy@oakhammer.app and don't post them publicly. We'll review security reports separately and may offer a larger thank-you at our discretion.
Changes
We may change or end this program at any time; rewards already confirmed will be honored.
